After applying for a job, you should at least wait upto the deadline. If you still didn’t get the response then you can remind the interviewer by following up on how you are fit to that job.
If you think you can fulfill the job requirements well, you should apply.The absence of years of experience or hard skills does not disqualify you. If you really got the talent in that field then the years of experience won’t matter.
